She almost got raped, and she didn't tell me anything. Aside from the change in her demeanor and the fact that she wants to sleep in my room every night, I wouldn't have known. She told her brother, but not me. Couple of years ago, she was describing our relationship to her teachers as 'more like sisters than mother/daughter'. So, what happened?
